OUR PROCESS
Consultation and Planning Phase.

We provide you with input on where to invest money and where a less costly option could be considered. We work directly with you to develop a conceptual budget and the project's specifications. We are committed to ensuring that you fully understand the planning decisions that need to be made when customizing your new home or renovation.
Management and Building Phase.
Once construction begins on your project, we handle it all. We are the point of contact for all subcontractors, consultants, vendors and city inspections. Should any construction issues arise during the build, we take care of the problem-solving and ensure that every aspect is completed to the highest standards of building techniques. Keeping things on time and on budget is important to everyone. We manage this through our accurate tracking of expenses, detailed monthly billings and our specialized scheduling software. Communication is key and we want to keep you updated on the status of your project at any time.
Custom Care program.
Just as your car requires routine maintenance and inspections, so does your new home.
